Pathways to Change: Young Development Sailor Kai Hockley

As a Young Development Sailor with the Emirates Great Britain SailGP Team, Kai has already:

  • Participated in 12 SailGP events alongside the team

  • Completed over 350 hours of elite foiling training

  • Benefited from 80+ hours of one-to-one mentorship

  • Trained onboard the Emirates GBR F50 raceboat in both Dubai and San Francisco

  • Inspired over 1,000 young people and C-suite leaders by openly sharing his story
